Every year in December I send out a company update to give everyone an idea of where we’ve come from; how much we’ve grown in the past year; and what exciting changes are coming in the year to come. It also gives me an opportunity to remind our clients of what services we are providing and how we might better assist you in your case development. Finally, and most importantly, it gives me the opportunity to thank the clients who have supported us consistently for what is now almost 6 years of business.
We currently have seven Registered Nurses and three Physicians. I am currently the only nurse who testifies and I am an expert in the areas of blunt force trauma, medical blood draws, DUI medical defenses, and strangulation. I am also currently going through a Gunshot Wound Course and will be able to testify on this subject in early 2015. I am currently seeking additional emergency and trauma nurses who are interested in testifying to help me accommodate the growth I have seen in our testifying services.
Our three doctors are experts in the area of Psychiatry, Orthopedics and Emergency/Trauma. All of our testifying experts are all located in the San Francisco Bay Area except our Forensic Psychiatrist who is in Reno, NV.
Our consulting nurses are located nationwide: South Carolina, New Jersey, Maryland, Ohio, and California. We offer consulting services in areas of criminal law that include expert reports for the purposes of education and pre-trial discussions; preparation of trial questions for direct or cross of medical experts; mitigation reports; medical record organization and full chronologies of medical facts for review by testifying experts. We also review civil medical malpractice, elder abuse and personal injury cases to determine merit and identify issues in the case.
