Our intensive workshop on medical records is designed to teach attorneys and investigators how to find what they need in the medical records and look at them from a different perspective. The cases will cover topics including concussion, strangulation, great bodily injury and other common issues in criminal cases. Attendees will be able to identify red flags in the medical records and learn what experts to hire and when to hire them.
Optional: You may bring your own case for review, included in the price. Attendees will sign confidentiality agreements.
